The Mission
As a neuropsychologist, I believe assessment and therapy should work together. Too often, individuals receive an evaluation that provides answers but little guidance on what to do next, or they engage in therapy without a comprehensive understanding of the factors contributing to their difficulties.
A central focus of my profession has been bridging the gap between assessment and treatment. My goal is to ensure that assessment serves not only as a diagnostic process, but also as the foundation for meaningful change. Through comprehensive evaluation and evidence-based therapy, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, challenges, and the factors influencing their day-to-day functioning.

I strive to translate complex clinical findings into practical, actionable recommendations that improve functioning at home, school, work, and in daily life. Whether through therapy, assessment, or a combination of both, my goal is to provide clients and families with not only answers, but also a clear roadmap for growth, resilience, and long-term success.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults and strive to create a collaborative, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

About Dr. Jacobson
Hi there! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Neuropsychologist passionate about helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. My therapy work focuses on trauma and PTSD, and I am trained in EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. You can come to me with your good, your bad, and your ugly. I’m ready to sit with you in the trenches and support you as your climb your way out.
In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning differences, executive functioning challenges, and other complex diagnostic questions. One of my greatest passions is helping clients bridge the gap between assessment and treatment. I believe an evaluation should do more than provide a diagnosis—it should help you understand your strengths, identify obstacles, and create a practical roadmap for growth and success.

Whether you’re seeking answers, support, or a path forward, my goal is to provide a collaborative and compassionate space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful change. As a PSYPACT provider, I offer telehealth therapy to clients across participating states, in addition to providing services in Arizona.
